International Yoga Day 2020 - Rhum-ba Denarau Sun 21st June 2020

CELEBRATE INTERNATIONAL YOGA DAY followed by SUNDAY MARKET DAY afterwards at Rhum-ba!

In celebrating International Yoga Day, Kama Yoga Fiji (aka. Alana Tilly) is collaborating with Fiona Sofield of Ashtanga Yoga Fiji to host a yoga session each over the weekend to celebrate! The classes will be donation based and the proceeds going towards Rotary Club of Nadi for their relief appeal in providing food and ration packs to needy families in the Nadi community. 

Alana's session will be hosted at The Rhum-ba Port Denarau at Denarau Island on the day of International Yoga Day - 21st June 2020 at 9.30am. 

Due to government restrictions the session will be limited to 19 people and we request that participants bring their own mat, towel, water and cash donation for the session. Bookings are limited and first-come first-served, so RSVP now to receive your ticket.

Alana will lead you through a general level yoga session with a blend of hatha and vinyasa style suitable for all ages and abilities. Even if you haven't ever practiced yoga before, this is the perfect time to join in a welcoming environment in the open air space of the second level and events area of the Rhum-ba. You should leave feeling lifted, re-energised and re-balanced and ready to enjoy the rest of your day.  

After the session, participants are welcome to wander downstairs for Sunday market day at Rhum-ba, with Farm Boy hosting a fresh fruit and vegetable stall, fresh breads to take home, coffee and brunch on offer by Rhum-ba. Take a seat in the breezy shade of the bar and restaurant and relax whilst looking out over the morning marina views and ponder what International Yoga Day meant for you.
