Half Day Wellness Retreat (Feb 27th)

We are so pleased to be able to bring to life our 'Half-Day Wellness Retreat', ideal for those who have bravely navigated through 2020 and are now looking to find a way to recharge and refresh with renewed energy for 2021. 

The half-day retreats will be held at The Westin Resort & Spa on Denarau and start at 7am in the morning and end around 12.30pm, however there is also flexible time for the afternoon or overnight. We will be holding these half-day retreats on the last Saturday up to July 2021 and places are limited as each half-day retreat group allows up to 12 people. 

The activities are suitable for anyone of any ability or agility, including those with health concerns or injuries or first timers to yoga, if you have any queries just get in touch and we can help. 

The specially tailored itinerary puts together a balance of yoga, nourishing food, time and space for mindfulness, a restorative 1hr full body massage and a special presentation from Alla of 'Holistic Studio' with an interactive talk and demonstration on holistic self-care and how natural hand-made products can support this. 

Our itinerary for the day: 

• 7.00am - 1hr Morning yoga session (suited for beginners or all abilities) at the deck overlooking the Westin adults only pool
• 8.30am - Tailored healthy options breakfast with fresh juice at the Westin Bakery
• 9.30am - 12.30pm - 1hr full body massage sessions at Heavenly Spa by Westin
• 10.00am - 12.00pm - Alla from Holistic Studio presents an Interactive Introduction to Wellness, including facial fitness and use of natural products to support the importance of your holistic self-care.  
• 9.30am onwards - flexible time for mindfulness, reflection, 'me-time', reading, swimming or relaxation.

Wellness has become a more important focus internationally, particularly over the last 12 months.  Self-care is an intergral part of wellness and being able to put aside time to recharge and refresh to take care of ourselves so we can maintain our own health and wellbeing and also care for those around us. 

We know for many people, taking a whole weekend or more for a retreat isn't possible - so we custom made this well-balanced half-day retreat which incorporates a perfect balance of wellness activities and food to leave you feeling refreshed, re-energised and ready to embrace 2021. 

Attend the Half-Day Retreat for FJD$129 per person, or book a room package to stay the night before or after (or both!).
