Service Description
A yoga class geared for men where it’s ok that you can’t touch your toes :-) The class will be lead by the lovely Alana Tilly from Kama Yoga Fiji. Yoga is a great way to to help you; - Rehabilitate and recover from injuries/surgery - Improve your breathing - Create a balanced body and mind - Relax and de-stress - Improve your Sex Life! All great reasons to round up your mates and come this Tuesday night 5:30-6:30pm upstairs of Cardo's. $20 per person which includes a glass of local tap beer (or non-alcoholic/juice) after class. All you need to bring is yourself (in comfy clothes) and a mat if you have one. No stress if you don’t, Alana will bring spares on the day.
