​What to Bring

There are many different forms of yoga from the more breathing based/mediation styles of yoga, to more physically challenging and structural based styles of yoga.  Alana's classes are balanced between the two , so be prepared to breath, focus and enjoy!


  • Class length is one hour

  • Try and hydrate during the day

  • Wear comfortable stretchy clothing and remember you will get hot! Fiji is normally warm so preferably not too much clothing to avoid overheating!

Yoga Mats are provided;



  • Bring Water

  • Wear stretchy & comfortable clothes

  • A towel (if possible)

  • Hydrate well before class

  • Bring your positive mindset!



  • Worry about anything..!
